If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate regardless of the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with a product that you purchased from our website, the product can be returned for a refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
Returning or Exchanging Items
If you would like to return or exchange an item please first send an email to [email protected]. Include your name, address, order number and reason for the return or exchange. You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
